Established in 2006 as a Bilkent Holding enterprise, METEKSAN Defence develops advanced radar, communication, and sensor systems. The company actively champions university-industry collaboration, directing its corporate returns to fund student scholarships and educational infrastructure at Bilkent University.

For the HARMONI project, METEKSAN leverages extensive expertise in radio frequency technologies and original radar solutions. The primary contribution centers on MONITORING: Remote Sensing Algorithms. Within this framework, integrating the MILSAR airborne synthetic aperture radar is planned. Through high-fidelity data fusion, the objective is to ensure the initiative’s overall success.
